01 · Scope, operator and acceptance
These terms govern access to and use of heyvalue.ro, operated by Hey Value Tech SRL, tax ID RO40568221, with its operating office in Cluj-Napoca, România. By using the website, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms; if you do not agree, do not use the website.
These terms do not govern heyvalue.com, or applications, subscriptions, accounts or products supplied through that web property, and do not replace the agreement signed for a project.
02 · Services presented
heyvalue.ro presents the following families of professional cybersecurity services:
- Security strategy and architecture: risk and maturity assessments, target architecture, zero trust, governance and NIS2 readiness.
- Penetration testing: external and internal infrastructure, web applications, APIs and cloud environments, including retesting and reporting.
- Backup and cyber recovery: immutable and isolated backup architecture, recovery exercises, runbooks and continuity aligned with business impact.
- Detection and incident readiness: SOC and telemetry assessments, detection engineering and tabletop exercises.
- Cloud and infrastructure security: posture assessments, identity and access architecture and technical hardening.
- Telecom and critical infrastructure: network security architecture, platform and supplier risk and critical-service resilience.
This list describes capabilities, not a standard package. The services, deliverables and methods applicable to each project are agreed separately in writing.
03 · Information and inquiries
Website content is informational and describes general capabilities. It is not advice applied to your environment, a legal or compliance opinion, a guarantee of outcome, a contractual offer or confirmation of availability for a project.
Submitting the form or sending an email is only a request for contact. It creates no contractual relationship, does not require either party to proceed and authorizes no access to, scanning, testing or modification of any system.
04 · Proposals and contracts
A service begins only after acceptance of a proposal, order, service description, statement of work or agreement. The applicable document defines at least the scope and exclusions, deliverables, schedule, price and taxes, payment, dependencies, change control, confidentiality, data protection, rights in deliverables, acceptance criteria and liability.
If these website terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the project agreement prevails for those services. Pricing is set by proposal according to scope and complexity; the website does not process online orders or payments.
05 · Authorization for technical activities
Any penetration test, scan, technical assessment, attack simulation, system access or recovery exercise begins only after written authorization. Project documents must identify the authorized entities and assets, scope and exclusions, timing, rules of engagement, escalation contacts, stop conditions and the handling of data and evidence.
We do not test out-of-scope assets and do not treat an individual instruction as sufficient proof of authority over systems belonging to another entity. Any permission required from owners, cloud operators, suppliers or other third parties must be confirmed before activity begins.
06 · Client responsibilities
The client must have the legal right to procure and authorize the activities, provide accurate and complete information, obtain third-party approvals, nominate contacts, maintain appropriate backup and continuity measures and communicate technical, operational or safety constraints in advance.
Assessments and tests provide professional judgment based on the agreed scope, access, evidence and point in time. They do not guarantee identification of every vulnerability, prevention of every incident, uninterrupted availability or automatic compliance with any legal or technical framework.
07 · Acceptable use
You may not use the website for unlawful activity, test or affect infrastructure without authorization, introduce malicious code, bypass controls, disrupt operation, attempt unauthorized access, automate abusive traffic, impersonate another person or submit secrets and sensitive data through the initial form.
We may limit or block access that threatens security, availability or our rights or those of others, and may retain evidence needed to investigate abuse as permitted by law.
08 · Intellectual property
The design, copy, graphics, brand and original materials on heyvalue.ro are protected by applicable rights. You may quote short excerpts with attribution, but may not substantially reproduce the website, brand or materials without permission.
Rights in reports, configurations, code, templates, methodologies and other deliverables are defined by the project agreement. Third-party marks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
09 · Availability and liability
We take reasonable care over the accuracy and availability of the website, but content may be incomplete, contain errors or be changed or interrupted without notice. Third-party links and services are governed by their providers’ terms.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for technical decisions based solely on public content, losses caused by unauthorized or non-compliant use of the website or the acts of third-party services. Limitations applicable to professional services are those agreed in the project agreement.
10 · Law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by Romanian law without limiting mandatory statutory rights. Any separate commercial engagement is governed by the agreement signed for that project. We will seek to resolve questions or disputes amicably before referring them to the competent courts.
We may update these terms when the website, presented services or applicable requirements change. The published version shows its latest update date and applies from publication.
